TapGate is made by ISN Security Networks — a family business that's been installing gate motors, intercoms, and commercial access control since 2000. We built it for the customers we kept seeing: a phone in their pocket, a gate remote they kept losing.

The short version
A pattern we kept seeing.
Every home we installed a gate at had the same awkward dance: remote lost in a coat pocket, guests calling from the driveway because the intercom was on the fritz, cleaners given a spare that got copied without anyone tracking it.
The phone in their pocket could do all of that better. So we built the missing piece — a controller that lets the phone talk to the gate, without touching the gate.
How we work

Own it. Don't rent it.
The controller is yours. No subscription for the gate to work. The cloud add-on is genuinely optional — most households skip it.

Boring where it counts.
Encrypted Bluetooth. Standard dry-contact wiring. No exotic protocols. The parts of access control that shouldn't be exciting aren't.

Say 'no' when 'no' is the answer.
If your gate isn't compatible, we tell you before you buy. If your install needs a pro, we say so. Our return rate stays low because we don't oversell.

Designed by a family who installed access-control systems for twenty-five years before building this one. Most edge cases we've already seen in the field.

A workshop in the south of France.
The team sits in the same building where ISN's installers come to pick up kit for jobs. If you ever have a question about your TapGate, someone who has actually wired an operator picks up the phone.
We're shipping in the EU first, and growing from there when we're confident we can support you properly.
